SIR ALEX OR CAPELLO FOR OLYMPICS

Sir Alex Ferguson has been informally approached by London 2012
Olympics chairman Sebastian Coe about the role of Great Britain
football team. But the Manchester United boss has played down talk
that he would be involved.

Current England manager Fabio Capello could be another suitable
candidate as he has suggested he would love to end his career when he
is 66 at the London Olympics. However, the Prime Minister's ambassador
for the 2018 World Cup bid, Richard Caborn still optimistic that Sir
Alex can still be persuaded for the job.
